I recently spend 2 nights there this February and since I walked in, everyone was really nice. The receptionist was great, gave me a fantastic room and was always pleasant. The staff were smiling and always kept food and drinks coming. The guy outside in the bar is the best!! I recommend that you make friends with them because they are nice people. The view from the rooms was fantastic, food very good and in huge quantities. A great experience at this hotel! Plus, it's in the middle of everything and at a great price! I would go again ASAP |

I have been in Varadero three times, and it is the best time I ever have had. I fell in love and hope to come back soon. I miss everyone there, but more then anything i miss alberto. From Madrid, we have never forgotten you, see you soon, Angelea Esteban |

Hi I stayed at this hotel from May 15 to 19. The hotel is good, the beach magnificent, although I think that they could improve the services offered at the marina. The cabaret was good, the food wasn’t bad, but the service could improve a bit. The only good service I received was in the lobby bar and the people who attended the boats. Someone said that they thought we were Cubans; good service should be for everyone and not only those who give tips. All in all, we had a really good time. |
