Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours au mois de juin 2010. Bon accueil, taille raisonnable de l'établissement, repas très corrects y compris le petit-déjeuner, une atmosphère conviviale, nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le "mais", c'est le jour de notre départ, les dernières minutes. Nous nous sommes donc rendus à l'accueil pour rendre notre clé magnétique et demander un taxi afin de nous rendre à l'arrêt du car éloigné de quelques kilomètres. Un employé de l'établissement nous a demandé d'attendre. Il s'était rendu au bord de la route, éloignée de quelques centaines de mètres, pour nous trouver un taxi disponible. N'y parvenant pas, il s'est éloigné sans nous prévenir.. J'exige de la personne de l'accueil de téléphoner au service taxi immédiatement mais celle-ci n'avait pas jugé cela nécessaire - il est vrai qu'il était occupé avec de nouveaux arrivants - et s'était contenté de nous indiquer un numéro de téléphone. Téléphoner dans un pays étranger n'est pas forcément évident, le correspondant ne connaissait que sa langue natale.. Nous avons réussi à obtenir une voiture et arriver tout juste à l'heure pour prendre le car. Je considère que traiter ainsi des clients est assez inadmissible et il serait bon que la direction de l'hôtel motive ses collaborateurs pour un meilleur respect de la clientèle. A part cet incident, les contacts avec le personnel était agréable |

I had a great vacation in Varadero, everything was perfect: the service, the place, everything! The entertainment staff was awesome especially Yoly and Aldhely ...I loved it so much that I am coming back in February we will see you soon girls! you have a new friend yes me Ha Ha, the Peruvian Maribel. |

In the first place, I would like to send greetings to the entire entertainment and recreation team at the hotel, they made our stay excellent and kept us entertained the whole time, lots of warm greetings to all of you! they really worked hard with enthusiasm and charisma. I would like to congratulate them especially. I would really like if you could pass on my email to Omar Gonzalez who works in the bar in front of the pool, we had agreed that i would send him some photos and i dont have his email. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaanks for everything, it was perfect! |
